Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional approach.
• Manage spa reservations, schedule and confirm appointments.
• Provide information on spa services, hours, and retail.
• Escort guests and guide them through their spa experience.
• Suggest services or products to enhance guest experience.
• Process guest payments and maintain accounts.
• Address questions or concerns promptly, escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean, inviting reception area and displays.
