Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Spa Concierge to uphold pristine spa spaces while delivering exceptional guest service in a serene environment. The role focuses on preparing treatment areas, assisting guests, and maintaining locker rooms and lounges.

The successful candidate will be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and communicate professionally. A high school diploma is required, and flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
• Must have the ability to stand for 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include: AM/PM shift, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that guests are properly checked in and out of lockers as necessary.
• Participates in periodic product inventory as directed.
• Conducts tours of the spa and related facilities.
