Job summary

Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage is seeking a part-time spa reservations assistant to provide excellent guest service by answering calls, scheduling spa services, and guiding guests through policies for a seamless day at the spa.

The role requires effective communication, basic computer skills (MS Office and spa software), and the ability to upsell services while ensuring guests understand amenities and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to write messages quickly and accurately on a computer.
• Prior reservations experience, call center and/or spa experience desirable.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to speak clearly and concisely on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming and interoffice calls and route to the correct person or department.
• Schedule spa services to create the best guest experience.
• Upsell spa treatments and add-ons to guests.
• Explain spa policies and expectations to guests during reservations.
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and internal staff.
• Maintain knowledge of Sunstone Spa and The Spa at Sec-he and related property outlets.
