Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking a Part Time Spa Associate at The Spa at Sec-he in Palm Springs, CA. You will welcome guests, provide robes, slippers, towels, and locker keys, and escort clients to treatment rooms while maintaining spa cleanliness and offering wellness experiences.

As part of spa operations, you will support therapists, ensure guest comfort with beverages, and uphold Forbes 5-star service standards in a dynamic casino resort environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.
• Must be able to complete and show proof of Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Certificate through Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and professionalism at all times.
• Greet guests warmly as they enter the Spa.
• Familiarize yourself with treatments, indications, contraindications and services according to therapist experience.
• Assist in identifying guest needs and facilitating wellness experiences.
• Provide robes, slippers, and locker keys to guests.
• Serve water or iced tea to guests.
• Keep locker areas clean and organized; guide guests to desired spaces.
• Restock linens and spa supplies; ensure cleanliness and order.
• Maintain Forbes 5-star and Ace service standards.
• Adhere to Tribal Ordinance, ACCRS, SRC controls and SOPs.
