The Essex Resort & Spa in Vermont invites applications for a Spa Coordinator who ensures smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, maintains a calm, professional atmosphere, and supports spa operations. You will assist guests with spa services, retail products, and facilities while collaborating with resort teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service experience, clear communication, and computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Check guest in and out using Spa software.
• Provide a professional and friendly attitude to guests and employees.
• Meet guest needs: fitness room, locker room, relaxation area.
• Knowledge of retail products and services offered in the Spa and Resort.
• Maintain a cash bank effectively.
• On time attendance and dress code required.
• Work cooperatively with other departments.
