Job summary

The Essex Resort & Spa in Vermont is seeking Spa Coordinators to deliver a welcoming and polished guest experience. You will check guests in, assist with spa services, and guide guests to fitness facilities and relaxation areas, while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in spa software and cash handling.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, strong communication, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Computer knowledge preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and friendly attitude to all customers and employees.
• Check guest in and out effectively using Spa software.
• Meet guest needs: fitness room, locker room, relaxation area.
• Knowledge of retail products and services offered in the Spa and Resort.
• Maintain a cash bank effectively.
• On time attendance and dress code required.
