Job summary

The Essex Resort & Spa in Vermont seeks a Spa Coordinator to check guests in at the spa, maintain a calm, professional atmosphere, and support a seamless guest journey. You will handle guest needs across fitness, locker and relaxation areas while leveraging spa software to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and friendly attitude to all customers and employees.
• Check guest in and out effectively using Spa software.
• Meet guest needs in fitness room, locker room and relaxation area.
• Knowledge of retail products and services offered in the Spa and Resort.
• Maintain cash bank effectively.
• On time attendance and dress code required.
