Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Spa Director to develop and oversee spa service protocols and a profitable retail operation across our premium properties. You will supervise associates delivering nail, skin care, reservations, and massage services while ensuring guest satisfaction and budget adherence.

Maintain extensive product knowledge, stay updated on licensing requirements, and lead a team in a dynamic hospitality environment focused on exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of spa services, operating procedures, and spa products.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
• Attention to detail and organization skills.
• Knowledge of local, state, and national licensing requirements for establishment and providers.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).

Responsibilities

• Develop protocols for all spa services and design a profitable retail operation.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of associates delivering spa services including nail services, skin care, program coordinating, reservations, reception desk, and massage and locker room areas.
• Ensure guest and associate satisfaction and achieve the operating budget.
• Maintain the highest level of product and service knowledge and have complete knowledge of all spa services currently being offered.
