Job summary

Four Seasons Maui seeks a team member for in-room dining, taking guest orders, relaying special requests to the kitchen, and coordinating delivery of all orders in line with Four Seasons Standards.

You will prepare and organize guest amenities and ensure prompt, courteous service in a luxury resort environment on Maui, with a commitment to outstanding guest experiences.

• Maui Liquor Card.
• Tuberculosis Clearance.

About The Role

Take guest in-room dining orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, coordinate delivery of all orders according to Four Seasons Standards, prepare, organize, and follow through with all guest amenities

What You Will Do

Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest’s order according to Four Seasons Standards, describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods.

• Full time
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
