Four Seasons Maui invites an enthusiastic Welcome Agent to join our luxury hotel team. You will greet guests arriving by car or limo, escort them to the Front Desk, and coordinate bell desk activities to ensure a seamless arrival experience.

Experience in a luxury hotel setting is preferred. Strong communication, English proficiency, and the ability to operate computer equipment are essential. This role supports a guest-centric culture in a vibrant Maui location.

About The Role

Acts as welcoming agent for all incoming and outgoing guests, including recognition of VIP, return guests, and club floor guests. Coordinates all bellman and driver activities. Assists in arranging transportation for guest. Controls bell desk and Lei issuing to guests.

What You Will Do

• Greets guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo and offer Leis. Escorts guests to the front desk and introduce guest to the Front Desk Agent.
• Maintains detailed records of all luggage deliveries, guest room deliveries, amenity/wedding deliveries and all necessary back up.
• Assists Door attendant in retrieving valet tickets.

What you bring

• One to two years luxury hotel experience in luxury hotel environment, rooms division preferable.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency, communication skills, strong customer service. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
• Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.
• Ability to read and speak and write English.

• Full time
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
