Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver body treatments to guests in a luxury oceanfront setting. You will perform massages according to established protocols and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires a Hawaii-licensed massage therapist, at least 3 years in a luxury hotel environment, and proficiency in English. Part-time or casual schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience within a luxury hotel environment.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Must be able to perform deep tissue/sport massage, Swedish massage and Lomi-Lomi massage.
• Hawaii Licensed Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner.

Spa Therapist

The Massage Therapist position performs body treatments according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience the highest level of service. This role is part of the A&G Division, reporting to the Spa Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Adhere to protocol guidelines when performing any massage or body treatment, unless otherwise requested by the guest.
• Educate and sell products and upgraded services to guests.
• Assist Team members with set up and break down of treatments

What You Will Bring

• 3 years’ experience within a luxury hotel environment
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language other language is a plus.
• Must have the ability to perform deep tissue/sport massage, Swedish massage and Lomi-Lomi massage.
• Must be able to participate to all training offered by the spa.
• Must have the ability to listen and understand guest needs, respect guest privacy, create an exceptional, customized and professional experience to our guests.
• Hawaii Licensed Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner.
