Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Dual Esthetician/Massage Therapist to deliver facials, waxing and tinting, massage, and body treatments with the highest level of service. This role reports to the Spa Management Team and requires valid eligibility to work in the United States.

The position offers a part-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends, with strong opportunities for training and advancement within the Four Seasons family.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in a luxury hotel spa environment.
• Experience with advanced aesthetics technology is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide facials, waxing and tinting, massage, and body treatments.

Dual Esthetician/Massge Therapist

Dual Esthetician / Therapist skills for providing facials, waxing and tinting, massage, and body treatments to our guests while providing the highest level of service and professionalism This role is part of the A&G Division, reporting to the Spa Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Adhere to protocol guidelines when performing any massage or body treatment, unless otherwise requested by the guest.
• The ability to set up, utilize, operate and clean/properly sanitize all equipment used in massage and facial treatment rooms
• Provide hair removal and tinting services

What You Will Bring

• Three years’ experience within a luxury hotel environment
• Experience with Aesthetics Technology helpful. Prior handling of Oxygen therapy, Cryo therapy, Microdermabrasion, LED & Infar Red therapy, and Peels.
• Must be able to perform all massage dualities and body treatments within the first six months of being in the role (with the exception of Reiki and Lymphatic Drainage).
• Must be able to participate in all training offered by The Spa.
• Must have the ability to listen and understand guest needs, respect guest privacy, and to create an exceptional, customized and professional experience to our guests.
