WOODHOUSE DAY SPA is seeking a warm, sales-savvy Spa Coordinator to join our front desk team. The first point of contact for guests, you will help shape the guest journey with professionalism, warmth, and expertise while driving retail sales and spa upgrades.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality/retail experience, a friendly demeanor, and strong communication skills.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a warm, sales-savvy Spa Coordinator to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate is guest-centered, detail-oriented, and excited to build a career in luxury hospitality. You'll serve as the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in the guest journey, retail sales, and the daily rhythm of the spa.

What You'll Do

• Warmly greet, check in, and check out every guest
• Recommend services, upgrades, and retail products tailored to guest needs
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment
• Manage the appointment book to maximize bookings
• Support the team with scheduling, phones, and guest inquiries

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality/retail experience
• A friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Comfort learning booking and point-of-sale software
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

What Success Looks Like

• Averaging $25/hr in retail sales
• Achieving a 30% or higher rebooking rate
• Consistently high guest satisfaction scores
• Meeting monthly upsell and service recommendation goals
