Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring full-time and part-time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift.

Now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Spa Coordinators (36+ hours per week)! We are seeking candidates with Meevo experience or strong front desk hospitality background, excellent communication, and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred.
• Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations; strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and guests flow.
• Provides exceptional guest service and suggests retail/products.
• Maintains a clean, organized front desk environment and supports leadership.

Schedule Requirement: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday

Our Travel Spa Coordinators truly make the world go ‘round—and we love that!

More specifically, our qualified Travel Spa Coordinator:

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow
• Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
• Supports the General Manager and leadership team
• Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Maintains a clean, professional, and well-organized front desk environment
• Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed

Requirements:

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred
