Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa - Detroit is hiring a full-time Spa Coordinator to support daily operations, manage the spa schedule, and ensure guest flow. Strong computer skills with Millenium or Meevo POS systems are essential, along with 2–3 years of hospitality or spa management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of college in hospitality or comparable field, or similar experience in spa management.
• Strong guest service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage schedules and guest flow; handle group bookings and events.

Responsibilities

• Supports the spa manager in day-to-day duties.
• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures proper guest flow.
• Assists with scheduling groups, events, and spa parties.
• Provides gift card and retail recommendations to boost sales.
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience.
• Prior spa front desk or management experience preferred.

More specifically, our qualified spa coordinator:

• Supports the spa manager in the day to day duties
• Great computer skills with experience in POS Systems especially Millenium,or Meevo
• Minimum 2-3 years of college in hospitality or comparable field, or similar experience in spa management
• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures proper guest flow
• Assist with scheduling groups and parties, assist with spa events
• Rocks sales numbers by providing gift card and retail recommendations
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
• Should have a minimum 2 years previous spa experience
• Massage or Esthetics License a plus+
• Is super organized and has an astute attention for detail, always making sure the place is tidy and everyone has marching orders for the day
• Only experienced candidates with front desk or management Spa,Hotel, or Salon experience need apply
