Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. You would work at one location per shift, with no inter-location travel in the same day.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Spa Coordinators (36+ hours per week), health benefits, and paid time off. Join a team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and a welcoming front desk environment.

Qualifications

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred.
• Previous spa, hotel, hospitality, or front desk experience encouraged.
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed.
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow.
• Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards.
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience.
• Supports the General Manager and leadership team.
• Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Maintains a clean, professional, and well-organized front desk environment.
• Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed.

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations.

Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday.

Schedule Requirement:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday (this is a FT schedule - benefit and sign on bonus eligible)
