Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. You would work at one location per shift and travel between sites as needed to keep the front desk running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have Meevo front desk experience, strong communication, and excellent multitasking. You’ll help guests, suggest retail, and assist the GM and leadership team in delivering a luxury spa experience.

Qualifications

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred.
• Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow.
• Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards.
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience.
• Supports the General Manager and leadership team.
• Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Maintains a clean, professional, and well-organized front desk environment.
• Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed.

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations.

Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday.
