Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring Travel Spa Coordinators for our Montclair and Hoboken locations. This role involves coordinating the spa schedule, guiding guest flow, and delivering exceptional service while promoting retail opportunities.

You will support leadership and maintain an organized front desk, with travel between sites as required. Full-time opportunities offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus (36+ hours per week).

Qualifications

• Meevo experience preferred or highly preferred.
• Spa/front desk experience in hospitality or wellness environment is a plus.
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates spa schedule and maintains smooth guest flow.
• Provides exceptional guest service and recommends retail products.
• Ensures a consistently positive guest experience.
• Supports the General Manager and leadership team.
• Maintains a clean, organized front desk area.
• Travels between Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed.

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations.

Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday.

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow
• Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
• Supports the General Manager and leadership team
• Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Maintains a clean, professional, and well-organized front desk environment
• Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed

Requirements

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred
• Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
