Hydrate IV Bar

Hydrate IV Bar is a growing collection of IV therapy spas promoting wellness from within. We have locations throughout Colorado, Arizona, Texas, and Utah with future openings in Georgia, Wisconsin, and South Carolina.

OUR MISSION

To promote wellness from within by delivering high-quality products and services administered by experienced and trustworthy medical and wellness professionals in a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere.

Salary:

$18 / hour plus commissions from membership and package sales

Position Summary:

The Spa Coordinator is a key position with Hydrate IV Bar. Primary responsibilities include setting appointments for our members, clients, and first-time guests, aiding in the selection of services, and sales of memberships and packages. Client check-in/check-out via POS software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Greeting clients in an enthusiastic and professional manner
  2. Full knowledge of our services and packages, ability to make recommendations
  3. Sell memberships and packages
  4. Answering all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  5. Performing related clerical work
  6. Using applicable software programs and other business-related documents
  7. Ensuring Hydrate IV Bar spas are organized and tidy
  8. Providing administrative support when needed
  9. Managing and ordering non-medical office supplies and retail inventory as needed
  10. Performing other duties as assigned
  11. Supporting daily duties of medical professionals as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  1. Proficient in computer skills
  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  3. Excellent customer relationship skills
  4. Medical industry experience is not required but recommended
  5. Sales experience is not required but recommended
  6. Prior administrative office management experience is not required but recommended
