Hotel Park City is seeking a Spa Front Desk Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest service in our tranquil spa environment. You will help guests relax, confirm reservations, and provide information on spa treatments.

The role involves answering phones, coordinating appointments with therapists, processing payments, and building rapport with guests. Prior spa experience is preferred, strong communication skills a must, and a commission potential based on retail sales is available.

Qualifications

• Prior Spa experience and knowledge of Spa services & treatments is preferred but not required.
• Must have strong verbal & written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make and confirm spa reservations and provide information about spa treatments.
• Communicate upcoming appointments with therapists and service providers.
• Record and track payments, answer the phones, and assist guests.
