Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.
• Manage all spa reservations, including scheduling, confirmations, and changes as needed.
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries related to services, pricing, and availability.
• Provide accurate information on treatments, therapists, and spa policies.
• Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain client records using spa software.
• Promote and upsell spa services, packages, and products to enhance the guest experience.
