Schulte Hospitality Group in Key West seeks an energetic Spa Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage spa reservations, answer inquiries, process payments, and coordinate with therapists to ensure a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will have exceptional customer service and communications skills, prior hospitality or receptionist experience, familiarity with spa software and POS systems, and flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or receptionist role preferred.
• Experience in a spa, salon, or wellness environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with spa booking software and point-of-sale systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
• Manage all spa reservations, including scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and adjusting changes as needed.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to spa services, pricing, and availability.
• Provide accurate information on treatments, therapists, and spa policies to guests.
• Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain accurate client records using spa management software.
• Promote and upsell spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception and retail areas.
• Coordinate with spa therapists and management to ensure a seamless guest experience and efficient workflow.
