Beaver Run Resort in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a Spa Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for spa guests and retail customers. You will manage guest check-in/out, answer calls, and coordinate appointments with multiple therapists while assisting with retail inventory.

The role emphasizes accurate scheduling, friendly guest service, and maintaining spa operations efficiency in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be over 18 for alcohol sales and service preferred.
• English – spoken and written proficiency required.
• 1+ yrs. experience in related field (spa, hospitality, salon, retail) preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer navigation and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook - required.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out guests and provide guest service.
• Answer spa phone calls and schedule spa appointments.
• Schedule spa appointments for multiple therapists and assist with retail inventory.
• Maintain order and efficiency for spa operations through communication of bookings.

This position is responsible for maintaining a sense of order and efficiencies for spa operations via proper scheduling and communication of guest and staff appointments and packages.
