Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center is seeking a Spa Concierge in Breckenridge, CO. You will be the first point of contact for guests seeking spa treatments and retail products, manage appointment scheduling, and ensure smooth spa operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, proficient English, and 1+ year experience in spa, hospitality, or retail. 20.00–21.00 USD per hour DOE with commissions and tips offered, plus on-site perks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be over 18 for alcohol sales and service - preferred.
• English proficiency required (spoken and written).
• 1+ year experience in spa, hospitality, retail or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests; provide information on spa treatments and retail items.
• Check in/out guests and schedule appointments for multiple therapists.
• Answer spa phone calls and coordinate guest communications.
• Assist with retail inventory and housekeeping of spa areas.

What You'll Do:

Our Spa Concierge is the initial and complete source of information regarding all available spa treatments and retail goods. This position is responsible for maintaining a sense of order and efficiencies for spa operations via proper scheduling and communication of guest and staff appointments and packages. Duties include but are not limited to checking in/out guests, guest service, cleaning common areas, answering all spa phone calls, scheduling spa appointments for multiple therapists and assisting with retail inventory.

Position starts at $20.00 - $21.00 DOE + Commissions/Tips.
