Job summary

Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, Colorado, seeks a Housekeeping Administrative Assistant to support the housekeeping department. You will manage timekeeping, payroll, onboarding, key access, and uniform/equipment inventory for employees and contracted workers.

The role is full-time, year-round with benefits eligibility. Requires strong organization, communication, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Spanish fluency and English proficiency are

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in housekeeping/resort operations.
• 1+ years experience working in an office/administrative setting.
• Conversational or better Spanish fluency.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with ALICE hotel management software.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Track time and attendance for employees and contracted workers.
• Oversee uniform and equipment (radios, etc.) inventory.
• Assign and manage key access.
• Communicate with other departments regarding updates, closures, etc.
• Attend and maintain notes for department meetings/trainings.

The Admin partners with the Housekeeping management team to ensure the smooth operation of our Housekeeping department. This position will be responsible for the timekeeping, payroll, onboarding, key access, and uniform/equipment inventory of employees and contracted workers. The ideal candidate will be well organized, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
