Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking a Spa Concierge to greet guests, schedule appointments, process payments, and drive retail sales with a 10% commission in our Colorado spa. The role supports daily operations, maintains a pristine guest environment, and delivers personalized service in a premier mountain resort setting.

You’ll handle check-ins, payments, and inquiries while ensuring accuracy and high standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 month of customer service experience.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal/written).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Basic math skills including discounts and commissions.
• Able to lift 10–25 lbs and perform computer work.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
• Collaborative team player.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all guest interactions including appointments, check-ins, and inquiries (in-person, phone, email).
• Process payments, reconcile daily transactions, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and amenities (grott o, treatment areas, retail space).
• Promote treatments and retail products while enforcing facility policies.
• Support operations through inventory management, social media, and special projects.
• Uphold exceptional service standards and company policies.
• Participate in training and sustainability initiatives.

Compensation: $20.70 – $23.85/hour + 10% retail commission

Schedule: Varied including evenings and weekends

About The Role

As our Spa Concierge, you’ll play a pivotal role in scheduling appointments, managing daily spa operations, and promoting treatments and retail products while earning 10% commission on retail sales. Your attention to detail will ensure our pristine spa environment remains immaculate as you process payments, balance daily reports, and deliver personalized service at every guest touchpoint all while surrounded by Breckenridge’s breathtaking beauty and the rewarding culture of a nationally recognized Top Workplace.

Requirements
