Job summary

Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a part-time Spa Concierge to be the first source of information for spa treatments and retail goods. You will manage guest and staff appointments, assist with scheduling, and help maintain spa operations and inventory.

This role emphasizes outstanding guest service in a mountain resort setting. The position starts at $20.00–$21.00 per hour DOE, with commissions/tips, and opportunities for growth within a large conference center

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be over 18 for alcohol sales and service - preferred.
• English - spoken and written proficiency - required.
• 1+ yrs. experience in related field (spa, hospitality, salon, retail) - preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer navigation and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook -required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary source of spa information for guests and staff.
• Check in/out guests and schedule spa appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and assist with retail inventory.
• Answer spa calls and manage appointment communications.

What You'll Do:

Our Spa Concierge is the initial and complete source of information regarding all available spa treatments and retail goods. This position is responsible for maintaining a sense of order and efficiencies for spa operations via proper scheduling and communication of guest and staff appointments and packages. Duties include but are not limited to checking in/out guests, guest service, cleaning common areas, answering all spa phone calls, scheduling spa appointments for multiple therapists and assisting with retail inventory.

Position starts at $20.00 - $21.00 DOE + Commissions/Tips.
