Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas Spa Guest Attendant position focuses on delivering uncompromising guest service, orienting guests to spa facilities and providing a personalized touch. You will ensure lounges, locker rooms and other guest areas remain neat and sanitized, while offering a luxury spa experience throughout the facility.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding tours of spa amenities, promoting treatments and handling guest requests with courtesy. Evening and weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orient guests to spa facilities and services.
• Maintain lounges and locker rooms neat, clean and stocked.
• Provide accurate information on treatments and availability.
