Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa - Charlotte is seeking a Spa Concierge to greet guests and ensure a memorable spa experience from start to finish. You will support the spa manager, therapists, and guests, assist with reservations, and promote retail and treatments.

This part-time role requires weekend availability and flexibility to move to full time, with training, bonuses based on performance, and employee discounts. Meevo software familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Experience in front-office operations or similar roles.
• Basic accounting skills for daily closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Be a steward of the Woodhouse brand.
• Serve as primary support for the spa’s manager, therapists, and guests.
• Schedule appointments and collect payment from guests.
• Promote products to increase service and retail sales.
• Educate guests about the Woodhouse experience and amenities.
• Ensure a friendly, inviting, and memorable guest experience.
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
