Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong English, customer service or front-office experience, and comfort with Meevo software. This part-time role offers weekend availability and potential move to full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-office operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced spa environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Comfortable interacting with guests and driving the Woodhouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a steward of the Woodhouse brand and standards.
• Provide primary support for the spa manager, therapists, and guests.
• Schedule appointments, answer calls, collect payments, and promote services and products.
• Assist with driving retail sales and guest retention by scheduling future visits at checkout.
