Job summary

Arch Amenities Group is seeking a part-time Spa Concierge in Downtown Nashville to deliver a polished, luxury guest experience from check-in to check-out.

You will greet guests, assist with reservations, process payments, and keep spa areas, locker rooms, and the desk pristine. This role requires excellent communication, strong hospitality mindset, and availability nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist spa guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and ensure guest areas are orderly and welcoming.
• Proficient in reservations, payments, and guest inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the Arch Amenities Group Experience for members and guests per standards.
• Adheres to facility policies and Arch Amenities Group guidelines.
• Maintains department procedures and inventory as applicable.
• Develops knowledge of facility amenities to assist guests effectively.
• Supports MOD schedule and ensures guest safety and security.
