Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year guest service experience.
• At least 6 months receptionist experience.
• At least 6 months cash handling experience.
• Spa or resort spa environment experience is desirable.
• High school diploma or GED is desirable.
• Hospitality industry experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer calls, book appointments and provide guest service.
• Handle POS transactions and balance cash drawers according to procedures.
• Maintain spa inventory and stock merchandise.
• Stock and organize spa supplies and display areas.
• Support spa promotions and events and assist with sales.
• Provide administrative support and document reports for leadership.
