Job summary

Sycuan Casino Resort in El Cajon, CA, is seeking a Resort Experience Representative to be the welcoming voice of our hotel, casino, and golf resort. You will respond to guest inquiries, handle hotel and restaurant reservations, and provide accurate information with warmth and professionalism.

You’ll coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping, assist with wake-up calls and room service requests, and help guests take advantage of promotions while maintaining system accuracy.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience is required.
• 1 year hotel experience is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work eight hours seated or standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with hotel reservations and cancellations.
• Answer external calls with information on rooms and resort amenities.
• Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping to deliver service.
• Enter guest information into the property management system.
• Maintain knowledge of resort rules, promotions, hours, and menus.
