Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Escorts guests to lockers in the absence of spa therapist.
• Provides orientation tour and explaining spa amenities.
• Maintains a clean, organized spa environment and monitors locker areas.
• Stocks locker room supplies and maintains inventory.
• Stocks treatment rooms with products and supplies.
• Assists with guest appointments and escorts as needed.
• Actively promotes spa services, treatments and promotions.
• Responds to guest questions and concerns professionally.
• Supports spa operations as directed by supervisors.
