Job summary

Rosewood Sand Hill is seeking a dedicated Spa Associate to uphold the highest cleanliness and guest service standards in the Sense Spa. You will support associates, maintain safety, and assist guests from the locker to the treatment room while ensuring a tranquil spa ambiance.

Experience in luxury hotel environments and strong English communication are preferred. This on-site role requires attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years' experience with customer service, cleaning, attending, preferably with luxury clientele, hotel experience, housekeeping or caretaking.
• High school graduate, guest service skills.
• Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; follow directions; work with co-workers as part of a team; maintain confidentiality of guest information.
• Language: English required; other language skills preferred.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and uphold high standards daily.
• Greet guests and escort to locker and treatment room, ensuring spa ambiance.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all spa areas.
• Assist with daily cleaning, restocking towels and amenities, and opening/closing duties.
