Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Spa Coordinator for the Chaminade Resort & Spa in Santa Cruz, CA. You will greet guests, tour the facilities, and ensure a welcoming, efficient guest experience in a fast-paced resort spa setting.

You will coordinate with therapists, assist with bookings, maintain records, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. The role offers weekend and holiday shifts, a pay rate of $17 per hour, and benefits like a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the spa.
• Provide tours and information related to the facility and its features.
• Coordinate with the therapists to provide timely services.
• Assist guests with booking treatments, by phone or in person.
• Record transactions in the appropriate area and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain spa and fitness area cleanliness, safety, and policy adherence.
• Report accidents or injuries to Security and follow procedures.
