Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the Spa and provide tours and information about facilities
• Assist guests in preparing for treatments and coordinate with therapists for timely services
• Handle bookings for treatments by phone or in person and record transactions
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, products, and procedures; adhere to cash handling policies
• Monitor spa and fitness areas for cleanliness and safety; report accidents or injuries promptly
