Christwood is seeking a Spa Concierge to support the daily operations of Lotus Spa, Lotus 2, and Bloom, our on-campus gift shop. The role emphasizes organization, prioritization, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Ideal candidates will be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with the Spa Coordinator to manage calendars, inquiries, and daily tasks across multiple spa venues.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, medical office, spa, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn scheduling software quickly.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion, and professionalism when working with older adults.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently without constant supervision.
• Dependable, flexible, and committed to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and manage multiple calendars.
• Answer phones, emails, and resident inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Support the daily operations of Lotus Spa, Lotus 2, and Bloom.
• Maintain accurate records and scheduling information.
• Assist with retail sales and inventory for Bloom.
• Help coordinate daily schedules for spa providers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, team members, and providers.
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
