Christwood is seeking a Spa Concierge to support the daily operations of Lotus Spa, Lotus 2, and Bloom, our on-campus gift shop. The role emphasizes organization, prioritization, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Ideal candidates will be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with the Spa Coordinator to manage calendars, inquiries, and daily tasks across multiple spa venues.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, medical office, spa, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn scheduling software quickly.

Are you an organized, self-motivated professional who enjoys building relationships and providing exceptional customer service? Christwood is seeking a Spa Concierge to support the daily operations of Lotus Spa, Lotus 2, and Bloom, our on-campus gift shop.

This is not a traditional spa front desk position. While you will welcome residents and guests, this role is much more than checking clients in and answering phones. We\'re looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and helping create an exceptional experience for our residents.
