HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a guest-focused front desk/guest services associate at our North Georgia property. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide prompt, courteous service per brand standards.

Responsibilities include handling payments, logging messages, answering phones, and guiding guests through facility offerings while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be a good communicator and able to handle multiple tasks under stress.
• Familiarity with computer systems and inputting information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet and check in guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide prompt service and close out guest accounts per standards.
• Conduct tours of facilities and assist guests with requests.
• Handle cash, vouchers, and payments accurately.
• Answer phones with clear communication and log messages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
