HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa Experience Expert at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA. You will greet guests, provide full tours of spa facilities, and ensure guest accounts are accurately settled at checkout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent. Good guest-service mindset preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly, listen, and respond with appropriate action.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and colleagues.
• Familiarity with spa services and operations helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly, professional manner and assist with check-in.
• Provide tours of spa facilities, including locker rooms and pools, and explain available services.
• Handle guest accounts, post charges, and close out at checkout with accuracy.
• Assist with daily inventories, maintain cleanliness and sanitation of spa areas.
