Job summary

Burke Williams Spa in San Jose is seeking a Front Desk Agent / Spa Concierge to join our team in a part time or full time capacity. As the first and last point of contact, you set the tone for each guest's journey, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from arrival through checkout.

Qualifications

• Complete Front Desk Training at Burke Williams Training Facility.
• Must be able to work in multiple departments (Concierge, Front Desk, Spa Attendant).
• Ability to stand and walk for 95% of shift and lift items for organizing and cleaning the spa and retail areas.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful experiences by anticipating guests' needs with warm, welcoming interactions.
• Engage guests through memberships, gift cards, spa services and retail to boost self-care.
• Recommend services and products aligned with guest needs to drive sales.
• Oversee check-ins, transactions and scheduling for a seamless spa experience.
• Collaborate with guests, team members and leadership to support excellence.
• Support community outreach to share wellness and healing.
