Job summary

Burke Williams Spa in Woodland Hills is seeking a Front Desk Agent / Spa Concierge for a part-time role with Friday through Monday shifts. You are the first and last voice guests meet, shaping their experience from arrival through checkout.

You will guide guests through memberships, gift cards, spa services and retail options, aiming to create meaningful experiences while meeting service and sales goals. Training is provided to ensure excellence in a luxury wellness environment.

Position Requirements

• Complete Front Desk Training at Burke Williams Training Facility
• Be able to work in multiple departments (Concierge, Front Desk, Spa Attendant)
• Ability to stand, walk for 95% of shift, and lift items for organizing and cleaning the spa and retail areas.
