Job summary

The Woodhouse Spa is hiring Spa Concierge to welcome guests, schedule services, and ensure a luxurious 5-star experience at our Fort Worth location.

As the first and last impression of the guest journey, you will handle reservations in Zenoti, greet guests, assist therapists, upsell retail, and maintain a pristine spa environment. We offer competitive hourly pay from $17 to $22 plus world-class benefits and evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Preference for 5 years hospitality or retail experience and experience with appointment scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests, preparing them for services, ensuring their comfort and relaxation through guest amenities, and proper guest flow through the spa.
• Providing guests with necessary intake forms for applicable services, scheduling appointments in Zenoti.
• Answering phones (before the third ring), escorting guests to changing rooms, providing spa clothing and preparing beverages for the guests throughout their stay.
• Working closely with therapists to ensure that each guest is comfortable and on-schedule for their treatment(s).
• Maintaining organization of the changing rooms, quiet room, and service areas and facilitates laundry- wash, dry and folding as needed.
• Confirming appointments, selling gift cards and educating guests on spa services and retail products.
• Ensuring proper lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy for the spa.
• Utilizing knowledge of treatments to tailor the guest experience.
• Inquiring and listening for ways to ‘surprise and delight’ our guests, noting all details in the appointment notes and providing specific actions for their visit.
