Job summary

Esplanade by the Islands in Naples, FL is seeking a Part-Time Spa Concierge Desk Attendant. The role requires weekend and evening availability and focuses on delivering exceptional member service in a fast-paced wellness setting.

You will manage bookings, greet guests, process transactions, assist with retail, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety. CPR/First Aid certification is expected within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at the Wellness Center with courtesy and warmth.
• Assist with scheduling, bookings, and processing transactions via Mindbody/JONAS.
• Assist with retail and merchandise selections, including inventory control.
• Coordinate member/guest requests and escalate to Spa & Wellness Manager when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards and procedures.
• Support opening/closing routines and Spi equipment readiness.
