Job summary
Esplanade by the Islands in Naples, FL, seeks a Wellness & Sports Attendant to help deliver world-class member experiences across pool, fitness center, and racquet sports. This cross-campus role rotates between zones to maintain consistent service standards.
Attendants greet members by name, anticipate needs, and uphold policies with warmth. Availability includes weekends and peak-season programming; CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain is required within 60 days.
Qualifications
- Genuine warmth and a service-first orientation.
- Reliability and punctuality—the schedule is the commitment.
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations during a single shift.
- Basic technology comfort: club software, tablets, mobile communication apps, email.
- Availability that includes weekends and peak season.
- CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members across pool, fitness center, and racquet courts.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of spaces; reset equipment and furniture.
- Assist with amenity questions and direct members to services.
- Support event programming and member check-ins.
- Complete opening, mid-day, and closing checklists accurately.
