Troon operates Esplanade by the Islands in Naples, FL. This part-time Spa Concierge Desk Attendant role focuses on welcoming members, managing appointments, and guiding guests through wellness services.

The position requires weekend/evening availability, strong communication, and proficiency with Mindbody and MS Office. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, with potential certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Willing to obtain certification within 90 days
• 1 year or more experience in luxury spa/related field preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Assist with member and guest check-ins at the Wellness Center
• Process spa appointments and events using Mindbody and online booking
• Provide courteous, attentive service and respond to guest requests promptly
• Maintain inventory of wellness merchandise and assist with retail
• Ensure facility cleanliness and proper opening/closing procedures
• Support management with daily operations and training as needed
