LaPlaya Beach Resort & Club in Naples, FL is seeking an upbeat, detail-oriented part-time Greeter/Concierge at our private Beach Club to set the welcoming tone for member visits.

Greet guests by name, assist with member cards, dining reservations, and events; maintain a clean host stand; coordinate seating during busy hours; handle inquiries with professionalism; uphold hospitality standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Guest relations experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience as a Concierge or similar role is preferred.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• On the job training.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests by name with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness as they arrive, making them feel valued from the moment they walk through the door
• Assist with Member Cards, Membership Rosters and Dining Reservations, and all member programs and events.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand, providing guests with menus, answering questions about the menu or restaurant policies
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure timely seating and smooth flow of service during busy hours
• Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information about wait times or reservations
• Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and guest relations at all times
