Job summary

LaPlaya Beach Resort & Club in Naples, FL seeks a friendly part-time Greeter/Concierge for our private Beach Club. You will set the tone for members' visits, greet guests by name, assist with reservations, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

The role requires guest relations and customer service experience, weekend/holiday availability, and English communication skills; training provided.

Qualifications

• Guest relations experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience as a Concierge or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests and staff.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests by name with enthusiasm and friendliness as they arrive.
• Assist with Member Cards, Membership Rosters and Dining Reservations.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand with menus and policies.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure timely seating and smooth service.
• Handle guest inquiries by phone with professionalism and courtesy.
• Uphold hospitality standards with excellent communication and guest relations.
