Job summary

Esplanade by the Islands in Naples, FL, seeks a Wellness & Sports Attendant to act as the front-line ambassador for members across the wellness campus. You will rotate between pool, fitness center, and racquet sports, greeting members by name and ensuring a consistent, guest-ready environment.

This role emphasizes proactive service, teamwork, and reliability. Availability includes weekends, holidays, and peak-season events; opportunities to grow within a Troon-managed community are highlighted.

Qualifications

Genuine warmth and service-first mindset; comfortable engaging members.
Reliability and punctuality; the schedule is the commitment.
Ability to work across multiple locations during a shift.
Basic technology comfort: club software, tablets, mobile apps, email.
Availability that includes weekends and peak season.
CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

Greet members/guests at pools, fitness centers, and courts; assist with check-ins and towel distribution.
Maintain pool/deck presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
Support pool programming and events during peak periods.
Assist with orientation to equipment and member questions in the fitness center.
Help manage court reservations and racquet sport activities; support clinics and open play.
Complete opening, mid-day, and closing checklists; uphold policies across zones.
